Goth Life Drawing → October 11th, 2024
Goth Life Drawing was a collaboration with the Illustration Department SGA Representatives that offered a SIM take on an illustration classic. Complete with set dressing and DJ’s, the event created a space for artists to capture the goth subculture within their art, emphasizing the importance of artists as documentarians. As the event was smaller in scale, it allowed team members to take on alternative roles and gain more confidence in new skills without the pressure of a large crowd. The calmer atmosphere also allowed an opportunity to attract attendees who may be turned off by the overwhelming nature of other events within the line up.
