Eventworks is a student run event production team based within MassArt’s Studio for Interrelated Media.

With the team rotating on a yearly basis, each group of students approaches the task of running Eventworks with a different artistic vision. Some produce performances while others curate installations, but all of them seek to enlighten the community with experiences that transform and inspire.

EventWorks 2025-2026’s thesis revolved around community. We live in trying times, and the need for community is stronger than it ever has been. We seek to create an open and welcome space for all, not just those who attend MassArt. A large focus of our team is spreading the scope that EventWorks can reach, letting us offer solitude and community to people who have never heard of the team prior to this. We intend to do this though an emphasis of external events, and events based on bringing people together. From Shows to watch, Mysteries to solve, to Clothes to trade, community is at our core, and a beleif we wear on our sleves.
