EventWorks Festival → TBD Spring 2026

The original form of the Eventworks team was a production team who organized a single event per year: the Eventworks Festival. It was a multi-day event featuring visual art, performance art, music, and community organizing. Pre-COVID, Eventworks teams were able to invite high-profile artists from around the world to perform during the festival. We want to return to the original format of the Eventworks Festival as a multi-day event that celebrates many kinds of art. The Festival will be held in the month of April, taking place ideally in both MassArt and external spaces.

We plan for this to be the final culmination of all of our work of expanding SIM and EventWorks reach outside of the college. Both to show how far we have come from the initial clothing swap as producers, and to establish the best connections for the next team after us to follow in should they too wish to continue work outside of the school.

This will be our final production, and as such takes a lot of planning. Please check back in for frequent updates!
